Conventions of a Horror film:
- Low key lighting is used to help create a tense atmosphere that horrors tend to have.
- Music for horror films are usually a score, especially made for the film.
- Both Diagetic and Non-diagetic sounds are used to help create fear.
- Both high and low angles to empower characters as well as make them feel venerable
- Editing are straight cuts for a more realistic effect so it's easier for the audience to relate.
