First off I used the rubber tool to go over and outline some parts of the photo that I have missed as demonstrated below. This is very important as if I left little marks like that my magazine would look a lot less realistic and professional.
I then used the drop shadow effect on the magazine name "Final Cut" to help the text stand out more. I also added a barcode to the bottom right hand side of the magazine the appropriate size a magazine would have a barcode.
